Where we ship: We currently deliver to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
Shipping cost: Shipping is free on all orders.
Payment: We offer Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives, in AED (UAE) or SAR (Saudi Arabia).
Order confirmation: After you place your order, our team may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address. Please keep your phone available so your order isn't delayed.
Delivery times:
- UAE: 1-3 business days
- Saudi Arabia: 1-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, sale periods, or for remote areas.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details by email or SMS where available.
